Refund policy

General Refund Policy

Unused/Unworn damage blanks can be returned for an exchange upon management approval within 20 days of confirmed delivery date. 

  • To start this process:
    • please send an email to support@becrownedcustoms.com
    • in the subject heading put Damage Image Return Request
    • in the body put your order number and what is wrong with your order.
    • Make sure you attach a picture of the damaged item(s). (required for all exchange request)
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for management to review and reply to you with a decision.  If approved, you will receive a return label for you to ship damage items back.  Once, we receive the damaged items. We will ship replacement order the next business day.

"Made to Order" and "Ready to Ship" Refund Policy

"Ready to Ship" orders are sold as is therefore once shipped sale is final.

"Made to Order" orders are customized to your liking with your personal picture(s), wording and/or colors and can't be sold to another customer. Therefore, NO refunds/exchanges will be accepted unless it is due to an error such as personalization, wrong size, color, etc. Please contact us at support@becrownedcustoms.com within 24 hours of delivery date.
    • in the subject heading put Error Order
    • in the body put your order number and what the error is.
    • Make sure you attach a picture of the error(s). (required for all exchange request.) 
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for management to review and reply to you with a decision.  If approved, we will ship correction within 1-2 business days.

Do not drop tumblers or sippy cups. We are not responsible for chips, cracks, scratches, etc from misuse.

Print Services Refund Policy

All prints are final.  NO refunds!!! Once we confirm your order and payment is received, sale is final.
