All items are "made to order" after full payment is received unless listing states "Ready to Ship". 

"Ready to Ship" orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order before shipping. We are not responsible for any common delays in delivery once package has been shipped. Rush orders are available for additional fee upon request.  **Rush production time is 2-3 business days.**

Free shipping items is shipped using the lowest cost available.
